Rosella Pink Gin

The Rosella, a variation of the Native Hibiscus genus, is a stunning flowering native commonly infused in sparkling wine. Cultivated on site at Sunnyside Park and meticulously hand-picked, the edible flowers impart their striking colour and tart-sweet flavour to this beautiful spirit. 

 

NOSE Juniper berries combined with sweet raspberries and dark fruits.

PALATE A blend of rose, lime, forest berries, and sweet vanilla cream.

FINISH Raspberry tart with strawberries and cream.
